This property house is a very successful restaurant, with the tastiest shrimp scampi you will ever eat, and a hotel that was clearly an afterthought. I designed for them a model for the first floor layout and the second floor layout. I do love using wallpaper, since I feel you can really capture a mood and experience without a lot of fuss. The papers for both models and the lobby are from Thibaut and truly beautiful; they helped to create a country club vibe with a modern twist.
