Trading Spaces Working with the Trading Spaces gang is truly a blast. They are such a creative and diverse group of people. Designing for Trading Spaces has been one of my most favorite accomplishments. It is challenging, exciting, hectic, and full of fun. When you have the opportunity to create a personal space in someone's home you really need to think all aspects of the design through. How the room turns out is going to have an impact on the family's everyday life and I really wanted that impact to be a positive one. My design style is one of listening, I need to hear all of the family's thoughts and concerns regarding how the room is used, who primarily enjoys the space, and what type of mood do you want to experience when inside. I really feel like I have achieved those goals in the rooms I designed on Trading Spaces and hope that you feel the same.
